'The reality is that vaccines not only do not work as advertised, but they represent a significant health threat, likely on the same order of magnitude as influenza itself, due to their well-known role in compromising immunological self-tolerance (autoimmunity), as well as by eliciting a wide range of adverse health effects associated with the use of adjuvants, preservatives, foreign animal DNA and cell byproducts, adventitious viruses, and other so-called "inactive ingredients," including even the unnatural route and method of antigen administration itself.'

'We are being lied to. Our health and safety are being compromised by dangerous antidepressant drugs and the wealthy corporate giants that peddle them. Just a few weeks ago, an alarming report was released by the acclaimed New England Journal Of Medicine proving once again that the pharmaceutical industry has entirely too much influence inWashington, D.C. and specifically with the Food and Drug Administration. For the most part the antidepressant scandal has flown under the radar of most Americans. Perhaps most people missed the story with so much media attention focused on the heated presidential race.'

Healthcare workers are now being fired or forced to quit for refusing to be jabbed with influenza vaccinations. Yet, as Gaia Health reported over two years ago, there is no evidence that anyone benefits when their healthcare workers receive flu vaccines. Here’s that report:
'Healthcare workers are commonly pressed to submit to influenza vaccinations on the claim that it protects their patients. However, a recent study published by the Cochrane Collaboration demonstrates that there is no truth in the claim. Patients of vaccinated healthcare workers do not benefit from their carers’ vaccinations.'

'High levels of phytochemicals and antioxidants naturally occurring in blueberries and strawberries reducing the risk factors of many ailments including cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome. Three or more servings of blueberries and strawberries per week may slash a woman's risk of a heart attack by as much as 33%, says a new study from Harvard.
Data from 93,600 women aged between 25 and 42 indicated that the highest consumption of the blueberries and strawberries was associated with a one-third reduction in their risk of heart attack, compared to eating berries once a month or less -- even in women who otherwise ate a diet rich in other fruits and vegetables.'

ED NOTE: As he sometimes does, Mark Sircus starts out a bit too diplomatically with mainstream medicine for my taste. But as the article goes on, he begins kicking butt admirably.
'The American Academy of Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) is trying to put control of medicine back in the hands of patients and their physicians. They are the only mainstream medical organizations saying, “Now is the time to take back medicine!” They are so serious about this that they taking the Texas Medical Board to federal court in Austin, Texas. Never before has a medical board been ordered to stand trial in a lawsuit for its violations of constitutional rights of physicians. Dr. Lee Hieb explains in a video entitled, “ObamaCare and the Road to Serfdom,” that government has no right to get between physician and patient.'

'Traditional cleansing programs that call for freshly pressed juices, raw foods, and even room temperature water with lemon juice, maple syrup, and pepper may work for most people when the weather is warm, but how do you experience an effective cleanse without feeling exceedingly cold and frail during late fall, winter, and early spring?
There's a reason why our bodies crave hot soups and cooked foods during colder months. To ignore the need to support a minimum core body temperature is to allow significant enervation, which is never conducive to supporting optimal health.'
